Water2Moon requires a credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) to be on file for all new customers. In the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% fee of Your Service, to account for the lost appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge. Any Groupon vouchers will be marked as redeemed and forfeited in the case of a no show.
Water2Moon is a by-appointment only studio; we schedule our technicians for all booked appointments, therefore, missed appointments are lost scheduling time for other clients.
Appointments are booked closely together, allowing Water2Moon to accommodate as many clients as needed on a daily basis. For most popular time slots, clients that are 15 minutes or more late for their appointments may be turned away and charged 50% of that service.
Spray Tan Policy
We are not responsible for tans that are streaked if directions were not followed, mainly this means..absolutely NO coming in contact with water for at least 6-8 hours. Also avoid using the incorrect soaps after your tan. Once a tan is streaked it's very difficult to fix. Sometimes bad tans happen to good people. There can be many factors, such as skin conditions, excessive sweating, products used prior to session on skin etc. If something goes wrong with your tan, within the FIRST TWO DAYS we can try to fix it.
